Sodus, N.Y. -There's a guilty plea from one of the defendants in a double homicide case last fall in Sodus.
Txas police officer Bron Bohlar has pleaded guilty to conspiracy.
Bohlar served in the same police department as defendant Timothy Dean.
Dean and his wife Charlene Childers are charged with murder in the shooting deaths of Childers' ex, Joshua Niles, and Niles' girlfriend Amber Washburn.
Authorities say a child custody fight led to the killings.
