Cortland, N.Y. - A Cortland County man accused of killing a 2 year old girl has been found guilty.
29 year old Dorain Bohn, killed his then-girlfriend’s daughter, Kassidy Dains in their home in April of last year.
The little girl died from a broken skull after sustaining 50 injuries while in his care. A jury found him guilty of 1st and 2nd degree murder.
According to court documents, Bohn initially told investigators he heard a thud from the little girls' bedroom, telling them she fell from a bunk bed. He admitted he did not get her medical treatment right away.
He faces a maximum of life in prison.
