Lawmakers Return To Albany Today

Albany, N.Y. - Lawmakers are returning to Albany today for the start of the legislative session for the State Assembly and Senate.

Democrats are in control again of both state houses and Governor Cuomo says that he's going to take advange of it by proposing "the most progressive agenda this state has ever seen."

That agenda includes legalizing pot, codifying Roe V Wade as a State Law, establish statewide universal healthcare, adding more gun control, and more.
