Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse police have made arrest after a man who was run over by his girlfriend died.
In November Police responded to a domestic abuse call. 33-year-old Ajja McClain ran her boyfriend, 48 year old Michael Garrett over with her van during an argument.
Garrett was taken to the hospital. McClain was arrested on a warrant and has been in jail.
Garrett has since died from his injuries and his death is now considered a homicide.
McClain now faces Manslaughter charges. The investigation is active and ongoing.
