Syracuse , N.Y - An Onondaga County grand jury indicted five people for their roles in a double homicide at a Chili's restaurant in DeWitt.
William Wood Jr., Tracey Brown and Ronald Green were indicted on murder charges. Ryan Brown, was indicted on first-degree hindering prosecution and Jerome Pinkard were indicted on third-degree criminal sale of a firearm.
Police say Wood killed Kris Hicks, 29, and Stephen Gudknecht, 37, during a robbery. They believe he planned to kill all four workers in the restaurant but his gun jammed and two survived.
