Syracuse Man Arrested For Knife Attack In Constantia Home

Hastings, N.Y. - State troopers arrested a Syracuse Man after he broke into a woman's home armed with a knife. 

Paul J. Lell, age 30, from Syracuse is accused of unlawfully entering a residence on State Route 49 in Constantia, NY, armed with a kitchen knife, and causing physical injury to the female homeowner and a male friend.  During this incident, Lell also damaged the victim's property inside. 

Lell is charged with  Burglary 1st degree, a class “B” felony; Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th degree, a class “A” misdemeanor; and Criminal Mischief 4th degree, a class “A” misdemeanor.  

Lell was arraigned in the town of Constantia Court and sent to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail/ $20,000 bond.
