Utica, N.Y. - The Utica teen who is accused of shooting and killing a 17-year-old in August has been indicted by an Oneida County Grand Jury.
19-year-old Jorge Campos pleaded not guilty to manslaughter, weapons, and drug possession charges. Prosecutors say that Campos shot Stefan Medina at a home on Elizabeth Street.
Campos is being held in the Oneida County Jail. He'll be back in court on Wednesday.
