Town of Albion, N.Y. - Oswego County Drug Task Force along with Oswego Sheriffs and New York State Police busted a meth making lab on Cemetery Street in the town of Albion.
In executing a search warrant they found materials used in manufacturing methamphetamine as well as a small amount of meth.
Police arrested Tammy Holmes , 43 and Cybier Cannon, 25. They both were charged with:
- Manufacturing Methamphetamine in the 2nd degree, person less than 16 present- Class C Felony
- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th degree, intent to sell- Class D Felony
- Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd degree- Class A Misdemeanor (2 counts each)
- Endangering the Welfare of a Child- Class A Misdemeanor (2 counts each)
Both were arraigned in Albion Town Court.
Holmes was sent to jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
Cannon was sent to jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
