Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Police are trying to track down two people who ran away from a crash this morning that left a woman hurt.
Responding officers say that a black Chevy Tahou slammed into a white BMW X5 on Croly Street near East Genessee Street.
The suspects were last seen running up Scottholm Boulevard. Anyone with information is asked to contact Syracuse Police.
