Town of Geddes , N.Y. - Onondaga County Sheriff’s report they have arrested the man responsible for intentionally running down another man with his vehicle in the parking lot of the St. Joseph’s Health Amphitheater last month.
During the investigation Deputies discovered that an altercation had occurred between the victim and the suspect. As the suspect left the parking area he intentionally struck the victim and sped away causing serious injuries.
Sheriffs arrested 48 year old Martin Barrington of Moravia. Hes charged with assault, criminal possession of a weapon, tampering with physical evidence and leaving the scene of a serious personal injury automobile accident.
