Utica, N.Y. - A grand jury has indicted a 22 year old Utica man for the murder of a homeless man in 2017.
Raekwon Winston faces charges of murder in second degree and 2 counts of criminal possession of a weapon in second degree.
He is accused of murdering Lawrence "Larry" Edwards behind a house at the corner of Rutger and John Street in Utica.
Winston was taken into custody yesterday without incident.
