Canastota, N.Y. - Madison County Sheriffs arrested Sandy J. Snyder, age 32 of 6811 Oxbow Road, Canastota, New York for using someone else's credit card.
Snyder allledgedly stole a credit card from a residence in the Town of Lincoln and then made several unauthorized ATM withdrawals with the card from several locations in Cazenovia, Chittenango and Hamilton, racking up a total of $800.00.
Snyder is charged with (1) count of grand larceny in the 4th degree (Class E Felony), (8) counts of criminal possession of stolen property (Class E Felony) and (8) counts of petit larceny (Class A Misdemeanor).
Snyder was issued appearance tickets.
