New York State Police are investigating a homicide in the Oneida County.
This morning around 4 am police responded to 10 Jones place in Yorkville and there 42 year old Daryl Ferguson was found in a bedroom with multiple stab wounds.
Investigation reveals that Daryl and his brother John were involved in a physical altercation.
Police have arrested 37 year old John W. Ferguson, and charged him with (1) count of Murder in the 2nd degree.
The investigation continues.
