Part of South Clinton Street in Syracuse is back open following a partial railroad bridge collapse. It happened earlier this month near the intersection of that road and West Onondaga Street. Despite it being a high-traffic area, no injuries were reported when a part of the bridge went down. City leaders are blaming what happened on hot temperatures.
