According to Oneida County Sheriff’s Office a Canastota man was arrested for having sexual intercourse with a child.
Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Investigators say they arrested Cory Mills, 37, for having sexual intercourse with a female child under the age of 15 while in the Village of Vernon.
Mills was arrested for Rape in the Second Degree, a Felony.
Mills was arraigned at the Centralized Arraignment Court and was sent to the Oneida County Correctional Facility on $15,000 bail.
The victim has been offered counseling services through the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center.
