Attorneys for Gary Thibodeau are still trying to get his kidnapping conviction overturned. They're asking the State Court of Appeals to again hear their arguments in the case, weeks after the same judges denied his request for a retrial. Thibodeau could spend the rest of his life in prison after being convicted of kidnapping Heidi Allen in 1994. In recent years, there have been leads suggesting other men may have taken her. It's not clear when the court could decide on this latest request.
