Syracuse police are stepping up patrols in areas that have recently seen a spike in synthetic marijuana overdoses. Ambulance crews say they've responded to more than a dozen O-D calls this week alone. Synthetic marijuana is a drug with chemicals similar to T-H-C but is not actually marijuana. Police are asking anyone with information on the sale of illegal drugs to call them or submit a tip through their app.
