Waterloo, N.Y. - State Police say that two a man and a woman are dead while another woman is in the hospital following a shooting in Waterloo.
Officers say that the shooting happened about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday on Virginia Street.
Police have arrested the man they believe shot the trio. He was taken into custody a short time ago at the Cheerful Valley Campground Phelps.
Troopers are still asking folks to stay away from the crime scene as their investigation is continuing. Police have not named the victims or the suspect at this time.
