Pictures of a man partying and drinking on a beach are getting some people very upset.
That man is 30 year old Anthony Saccone. Saccone is accused of driving drunk and killing three young people.
County DA William Fitzpatrick said that Saccone was allowed to drink while on bail, as that was not a condition of his original release.
Today however County Court Judge Matthew Doran ordered Saccone to stop drinking alcohol and undergo alcohol and drug testing once every 30 days by the probation department. Failure to do so could lead him to be sent back to jail.
Also today, Doran ruled that a jury would be able to consider murder charges against Saccone.
