Norwich, N.Y. - A Norwich couple is accused of attacking a child over the weekend.
Norwich police say that Marrainne and Scott Ray are accused of attacking a child younger than 11-years-old over the course of a week before taking them to the ER Sunday Morning.
Police say Marrainne attacked the child with a plastic brush while Scott hit the child in the face repeatedly before throwing them into the wall by their hair.
They were both arraigned on assault and other charges in Norwich City Court and are being held on $75,000 bail.
