30 year old Michael A. Holmes, of 1579 US Rt. 11, Hastings, NY was arrested for Sexual Conduct Against a Child.
The incidents occurred in the Town of Hastings between January 2017 and July 2018 where he allegedly engaged in numerous acts of oral sexual conduct with the victim being less than thirteen years of age.
Holmes was charged with:
1st degree, a class B felony
Criminal Sex Act, 1st degree, a class B felony
2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor
Holmes was arraigned in the Town of Scriba Court and sent to Oswego County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash or $30,000 bond with a return to the Town of Hastings Court on 7/11/18.
