It's the last day of school for teachers and staff in the Syracuse City School District. While students ended classes last week, thousands of educators and staff need to work today to make up for a snow day. Under their contract, they need to work 184 days a year. The director of the Syracuse Teachers Association says this is the third time in more than a decade teachers have needed to make up a day this way.
