On Friday June 22nd, 2018 at approximately 10:42 PM, Syracuse Police Officers responded to the 700 block of W. Onondaga Street in regards to a shooting call. Upon arrival, Officers met with a 17 year old male, who was suffering from gunshot wounds to his left leg and left arm. The injuries are considered to be a non-life threatening “graze” type wound, and the victim refused any medical attention. The victim stated that the suspects were three black males wearing all dark clothing, and they ran southbound from the location after firing the shots. There is no additional description available.
On Saturday June 23rd, 2018 at approximately 3:00 AM, Syracuse Police Officers responded to the 2600 block of E. Fayette Street in regards to a shooting. Upon arrival, Officers located a 40 year old male, who was suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper part of his body. The victim was transported to Upstate University Hospital by AMR Ambulance personnel for treatment. The victim was conscious when he was transported to the hospital, and is currently listed in serious condition. At this time, there is no suspect description.
