As authorities prepare for the arrival of Vice President Mike Pence in Syracuse, our cameras are spotting an increased police presence at the Embassy Suites across from Destiny USA. Pence is scheduled to appear hotel around noon Tuesday for a fundraiser for CNY Congressman John Katko.
