Sunday April 22nd, Syracuse Police Officers responded to 415 Cortland Avenue in regards to a loud party call. When they arrived they found the body of Rasheem J. Glover, 32 years old, of Syracuse NY. The victim was determined to be deceased a short time later.
An investigation was conducted as a result, Detectives have now charged Jaquan Dennard, 29 years old, with Murder in the 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd degree.
Dennard was located in Rochester, N.Y. and he has been returned to Syracuse.
Dennard is being held at the Onondaga County Justice Center.
