New York State Police have arrested 74 year old Doctor Jerome Cuyler of Sackettes Harbor and charged him with 6 counts of sexual abuse and 6 counts of forciable touching.
These charges stem from multiple incidents in 2016 when he worked at the Veterans Affairs Clinic in Watertown. The investigation was in coordination with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Office.
He was charged as follows:
- (6) counts of Forcible Touching, a class “A” misdemeanor
- (5) counts of Sexual Abuse 3rd degree, a class “B” misdemeanor
- (1) count of Aggravated Sexual Abuse 4th degree, a class “E” felony.
Dr. Cuyler was arraigned and released on his own recognizance. This matter has been referred to grand jury proceedings.
