UPDATED: Saccone has a new lawyer and a new Sentencing date.
Syracuse, N.Y. - Anthony Saccone is expected back in an Onondaga County courtroom today.
He was supposed to be sentenced for his role in a crash that killed three people. But, that proceeding was delayed while he looks for a new lawyer. Saccone fired his previous attorney, claiming he did a poor job representing him.
Today's court appearance is to see if Saccone is making progress towards finding new legal counsel. Even if he hasn't, the judge is expected to set a new sentencing date.
