Syracuse, N.Y. - Much of Central New York is under a winter storm warning today. Onondaga, Madison and Oneida Counties are expected to see more than seven-inches of snow.
High winds and heavy snow could cause blizzard like weather and make driving difficult. The winter storm warning is in effect until early tomorrow morning. Snowfall totals of 8-12 inches with locally higher amounts possible.
