A winter storm warning is in effect for most of CNY.
The nor'easter is still expected to dump a total of 8-12 inches of snow across the region through Wednesday. Governor Cuomo has also put most of the state, including CNY, under a state of emergency.
Some areas south of Syracuse have seen nearly 2 feet of snow on the ground already.
