CNY Bracing For Next Winter Storm

Expect some snow to come, just in time to make for another messy ride to work.

At this point, Syracuse and Central New York will be dealing with a snowy ride to work Thursday, and a bitterly cold commute Friday morning.

AccuWeather is predicting a storm that will bring snow showers tonight through tomorrow morning. That snow will dump between three to six inches before temperatures crash heading into Friday bringing another 1-3 inches of Lake Effect.

The National Weather Service is issuing a Winter Weather Advisory for Onondaga, Madison, and southern Cayuga counties from 7:00 p.m. today through 12:00 p.m. tomorrow. An advisory for Oswego and Northern Cayuga counties will begin at 10:00 p.m. Wednesday through 10:00 a.m. Thursday.
