Albany, N.Y. - Governor Cuomo is urging folks to stay safe as bitter cold and snow blanket several parts of the Empire State.
The storm is expected to arrive today and may last into tomorrow morning's commute. That means travel could be difficult in parts of Central New York especially Onondaga, Oswego, Oneida and Madison counties.
