Syracuse, N.Y. - The race to replace John DeFrancisco in the State Senate is beginning to take shape.
Onondaga County Comptroller Bob Antonacci is throwing his adding machine into the race for the Republican Party's nomination for 50th State Senate District.
The only other Republican formally seeking the party designation is Van Buren town board member Rick Zaccaria. Syracuse Common Council member Joe Carni is expected to announce his run Tuesday afternoon.
