Managing Real Estate Broker - Managing Broker/Owner Licensed over 30 years as a Real Estate Broker; Mentoring, Training and Equipping Sales Staff. The Agents associated with my firm are my clients. My role and primary purpose is to get the best and most from them so they can achieve their goals. Additional experience includes Residential Building Lot Development, encompassing over 500 lots including 110 lots constructed for Ryan/NVR, and Construction of several contract homes. Am well versed in construction techniques and alternative energy sources as well as hands on experience in conventional residential building and finishing processes. I have managed multiple projects from start to finish including working with governing authorities and municipalities, Employees, Sub-contractors, Independent Contractors and end users. Have working knowledge of contracts, budgets, layered scheduling and quality control. Possess strong motivational and team building skills. Real Estate Developer - Successfully coordinated due diligence, including site plan reviews, surveys, environmental reports, soils reports, and title reports ensuring properties were acceptable for acquisition. Created comprehensive real estate market and development study that identified potential development opportunities and detailed municipality entitlement processes. Successfully managed efforts to obtain favorable zoning and governmental approvals for residential site developments. Acquired funding for development costs. Negotiated development labor contracts. Oversaw installation of infrastructure coordinating all work schedules coordinating with governing bodies and lead agencies for testing and approval for ultimate acceptance of infrastructure by and dedication to municipality. Delivered on time finished approved residential building lots.
