El Paso, Dayton, & The FCC

This weekend's mass shootings in El Paso, Texas, and Dayton, Ohio, still have the nation in shock and mourning the loss of 29 people. The Dayton shooting hit close to home for Dave, and News Radio 570 WSYR's aviation expert Jay Ratliff:
