Woman Critically Injured in Syracuse Hit-And-Run

Syracuse police are investigating a hit-and-run incident that left a woman critically injured on Sunday night (December 29). The accident occurred at the intersection of James Street and North State Street. The woman, whose name has not been released, was struck by a vehicle that fled the scene. Authorities have not yet provided a description of the vehicle involved. Witnesses are being urged to come forward with any information that could assist in the investigation.

According to NewsBreak, the driver involved in a separate hit-and-run incident in Syracuse was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of a personal injury crash, driving while intoxicated, and second-degree vehicular assault. However, there have been no updates regarding the suspect in the James Street incident.
