Nedrow, N.Y. - Onondaga County Sheriffs Deputies arrested three after home invasion and robbery.
Around 1:30 Tuesday morning, Deputies were called to home in the 6300 Block of South Salina Street in Nedrow for a robbery in progress.
When they arrived at the home, a 56-year-old man told them, two men busted into his home and attacked him.
Deputies quickly found the two suspects walking outside the property. They arrested, 43 year old Terry Braxton of Syracuse, 33 year old Shane Demmerle of the Town of Onondaga. They also arrested 33 year old Rebecca Butler of Nedrow, who was at the scene.
All three face the following charges:
- Felony Robbery in the 1st Degree - Causing Serious Injury
- Felony Robbery in the 1st Degree - Displaying a Firearm
- Felony Assault with Intent to Cause Serious Injury with a Weapon
- Felony Assault in the 1st Degree - Causing Injury During a Felony
- Felony Criminal Use of a Firearm in the 1st Degree - Displaying a Weapon
- Felony Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree - Credit Card
- Felony Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree - Property from a Person
In addition to the above charges, Braxton has been charged with Violation of Probation and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.
The victim was evaluated at the Hospital.
