Onondaga Couple Arrested After Threatening A Person With Gun, Several Found

Town of Elbridge, N.Y. -A Town of Elbridge couple have been arrested after State Police say they threaten a person with a gun.

Troopers say 59 year old James Beaulieu and 45 year old Shannon Beaulieu both from Onondaga were charged after a 911 call claimed that during a fight they pointed a handgun toward the victim.

A search of their Powerhouse Road home found, an Assault style Rifle, 9mm Ghost gun, .12 gauge shotgun, four large capacity ammunition feeding devices, three 9mm large capacity ammunition feeding devices, a dagger, metal knuckles, and a billy club.

They face the following charges:

James C. Beaulieu was charged with the following:

  • Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree (a class “C” Felony)
  • Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree (a class “D” Felony)
  • Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree (a class “D” Felony)
  • Menacing 2nd (a class “A” misdemeanor)

Shannon K. Beaulieu was charged with the following:

  • Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree (a class “C” Felony)
  • Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree (a class “D” Felony)
  • Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree (a class “D” Felony)

Mr. Beaulieu was remanded at Onondaga County Justice center in lieu of $25,000 cash, $50,000 bond, and $75,000 partially secured bond.

Mrs. Beaulieu was remanded at Onondaga County Justice center in lieu of $5,000 cash, $10,000 bond, $25,000 partially secured bond.
