Elbridge Woman Who Was Allegedly Shot By Her Husband Has Died

Elbridge, N.Y. - An Elbridge woman has died after being shot:

According to Onondaga County Sheriffs, 60-year-old Donna Cottrill, has died after she was shot back on June 25th.

The shooter her husband 79-year-old Sherman said he shot her because she was bothering him.

Deputies say there's was no history of domestic calls at their Kingston Road residence.

Sherman was charged with attempted murder and those charges are likely to be upgraded.
