Phoenix, N.Y. - A Teacher Aide in the Phoenix Central School District has been arrested for sexual abuse of child
32 year old Clint Smith of Phoenix has been arrested for having sexual contact with and taking pictures of a child under the age of eleven.
He committed the crimes over several years and kept a record of the abuses in a notebook. State Police say the arrest was not related to any conduct in any of the Phoenix Schools buildings or with any Phoenix Central School student.
State Police have charged him with Criminal Sex Act 1st degree, a class “B” felony and Course of Sexual Conduct against a Child 1st degree, a class “B” felony.
