Syracuse Police Investigating Two Shootings Last Night, On Fatal

Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Police dealing with two shootings last night one fatal.

Around 9 Officers responded to the Clinton Plaza Apartments and found 52-year-old man shot in an apartment on the 13th floor. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Just before 11 they were called to the 300 block of South Avenue for a shots fired. They found evidence of a shooting but no victim. A short time later a 23-year-old man arrived at Upstate Hospital, with a gunshot wound to the foot. He's expected to be ok.

The investigation into both shootings continues and anyone with information is asked to call the Syracuse Police Department at (315) 442-5222.​​​​
