Fulton Woman Arrested After Stealing Scratch-Off Tickets From Her Employer

Phoenix, N.Y. - A Fulton woman has been arrested for stealing lottery tickets from her employer.

45-year-old Carrie J. Lisi is charged with Grand Larceny after Troopers say, she stole Instant Scratch-Off tickets from the Byrne Dairy in Phoenix where she worked.

Police say she stole approximately 2,300 tickets with a total retail value of just over $64,000.

She stole the tickets between June of 2021 and January 2022.

She was arraigned and released on her own recognizance
