Onondaga County Covid Numbers Continue To Drop, Sadly 5 More Die

Syracuse, N.Y. - The numbers in the fight against COVID in Onondaga County continue to look good.

County Executive Ryan McMahon said there were 233 new cases reported today, last Thursday that number almost twice as high at 442. There currently just 463 active cases. There are 129 residents in the hospital and 19 in the ICU.

But the virus continues to take lives as 5 more people died in the past 24 hours. 4 women, one in their 50's, 60's 70' and 90's and New York State is reporting 1 death in a Nursing home.
