Trooper's Car Slammed Into On 481 As He Sits With His Emergency Lights On

Town of Cicero, N.Y. - A State Trooper missed being seriously injured after his patrol car was struck.

Last night around 6, Trooper Stephen Muller was inside his patrol car with the emergency lights flashing on I-481 Northbound near Exit 10, in the town of Cicero.

Suddenly the Trooper's car was slammed into from behind by 55 year old Laura Shelton of North Syracuse.

Both the Trooper and Shelton were treated for non-life-threatening injuries and released form the hospital.

The investigation continues.
