Cicero Man Arrested After Domestic Incident, Faces DWI Other Charges

Cicero, N.Y. - A Cicero man faces several charges including DWI after a domestic incident.

State Police say 36 year old Anthony Chase was found by Troopers after his vehicle was found disabled in a snowbank. Troopers discovered Chase had just left the victim’s residence where he had gotten into an argument and damaged the victim’s cell phone.

He faces Criminal Mischief 3rd degree, class “E” felony, Criminal Contempt 1st degree, class “E” felony, DWI .17% BAC (w/previous conviction), class “E” felony, Operating a MV without a court-ordered interlock device, class “A” misdemeanor, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st degree, class “E” felony

Chase was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the town of Cicero Court at a later date.
