Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Police investigating a triple stabbing this morning.
Just before 2, officers responded to 212 Cannon Street and found two men both stabbed in the arm, and a woman who was stabbed in the head.
Officers learned that a fight took prior to police arriving where another person stabbed the three victims and fled.
All 3 were taken to the hospital and expected to survive.
