Brewerton, N.Y. - Three people have been arrested for a robbery at the Mirabito in Brewerton back in May:
Cicero Police say that investigators spent six months trying to figure out who held up a clerk with a gun -- eventually shooting the gun at the ceiling before getting away with cash.
A 17-year-old and 18-year-old Christopher Neri have been arraigned on robbery charges.
44-year-old Christina Mattice was arraigned for evidence tampering before being released.
