State Police Find Four People After They Overdose In Sylvan Beach

Sylvan Beach, N.Y. - Four people are expected to survive after overdosing at a Sylvan Beach home

This morning about 2:30 police responded to a home on Harborview Drive for a welfare check. State Troopers say they found 4 people, two outside the home and two inside all unresponsive.

The four were administered Narcan and taken to the hospital.

Troopers say they also found 5 children age 2, 4, 5, 9, and 10. The children were handed over to a family member.

They are expected to survive.
