Two NY Senators have announced federal funding for utilities in Upstate NY.
Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and Senator Kirsten Gillibrand said that $25 million will be awarded to five towns in the state for them to upgrade their water and waste management systems. The towns of Volney and Hastings in Oswego County are among the 5 that will be receiving the funding.
