Altmar, N.Y. - State Police have arrested a man for having sexual contact with underage children.
29 year old Ryan Bristol, of Altmar who was already on parole is accused of having sex with two children under the age of 6. He faces three felony counts and 2 misdemeanor accounts.
He was transported to the Oswego County Correctional Facility for arraignment and was remanded without bail.
