Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Common Council passes law to crack down on off road vehicles on city streets.

The new law allows Syracuse Police to impound off-road vehicles operated illegally within the city and charge the owners $2,000 to get them back after proving that the vehicles are registered.
